BACON & EGGS - NY STYLE

It’s time to up the ante for breakfast with an Original Bagel stacked full of hard scramble and bacon – maple syrup will finish this off if you’ve got a sweet tooth!

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 New York Bakery Co. Original Bagel
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives
  • 3 rashers of bacon – fried and crispy to your preference
BAGEL BUILD

Slice up your bagel and smother in butter.

Scramble your eggs to the consistency you like (we are hard scrambled fans) and then mix through the chopped chives.

Stack into your bagel with bacon and the bagel top – tuck in!
