CHICKEN & AVOCADO SMASH

Make lunch envy a thing of the past with our lighter Bagel Thins topped with smashed avocado, chicken and sliced tomatoes.

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 New York Bakery Co. Original Bagel Thins
  • 2 avocados, peeled, stoned & mashed
  • Juice of half a lime
  • 240g of skinless, roasted chicken breast
  • 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
BUILD IT

Mash the avocados with the lime juice.

Add salt and pepper and layer on to your bagel.

Add the chicken and sliced tomatoes, then sandwich on the lid.

Serve straight away or wrap up for lunch.
