CLASSIC CREAM CHEESE & SMOKED SALMON

A classic cream cheese and smoked salmon bagel that can be whipped up in minutes.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 New York Bakery Fibre Bagel
  • Cream cheese (try low-fat for more fiber)
  • Smoked salmon
  • Red onion slices
  • ½ Tomato, sliced
  • Capers
  • Fresh dill
BAGEL BUILD

Slice the bagel in half and toast it until golden brown.

Then spread a generous layer of cream cheese on each half.

Place 2-3 slices of smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese.

Place a few thin slices of red onion on top of the smoked salmon.

Add a few capers and sprinkle fresh dill on top for extra flavour.
