Capacity Planner Location: Rotherham
Reporting to the Group Planning Manager, the Capacity Planner will capacity plan short / medium and peak season demand, for the Rotherham site

Reporting to the Group Planning Manager, the Capacity Planner will capacity plan short / medium and peak season demand, for the Rotherham site, delivering a minimum of 98.5% customer service at minimal cost / maximum efficiency. They are responsible for ensuring capacity is aligned with forecasted demand as well as order in all bought in goods for GBUK in line with stock / service and cost KPI's. Working in tandem with the Import / Export Controller, the Capacity Planner is responsible for controlling the customs requirements and transportation of all bought in and exported goods.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
  • Capacity plan short / medium term requirements of the Rotherham site, communicating / reporting requirements and resolving issues quickly to avoid service issues.
  • Accurate scenario planning to provide recommendations to help drive the site forward based on the most up to date information.
  • Support the Supply Chain & MRP Planners and the Planning Supervisor to deliver the daily plant requirements.
  • Working in partnership with the customer / operations & commercial teams to effectively capacity plan and deliver promotional and seasonal activity providing information to the site / GBUK senior team as and when required.
  • Working with the Demand manager on the Rotherham forecasts, ensuring accuracy of data provided to the site planning teams.
  • Order in all bought in goods in-line with service / stock and cost KPI's. Ensuring no waste and stock is delivered on-time, in full (OTIF).
  • Ensure all customs documentation is accurate and produced on time.
  • Actively participate in all meetings related to import or export of finished goods, confirming requirements, and finding solutions to any issue that arise.
  • Take ownership and control of any processes associated with driving demand within the bought in goods area and product availability with our customers.
  • Drive information flow between Customers, Innovation, Commercial, Finance, Operations and Supply Chain. Establish and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers and customers and gain the respect of all Associates with whom you come into contact.
  • Work cross-functionally to identify areas of improvement across manufacturing and distribution channels both internal and external.
  • Communicate appropriately with our entire network of customers, suppliers and 3PL's in a timely, effective, and concise manner on behalf of a multi-site business.
  • Create, analyse, communicate, and monitor Capacity KPI data, highlighting trends and issues where appropriate.

  • Perform weekly 3PL and site finished goods inventory counts, supporting all sites through the process, and assisting with investigations and trending

  • Timely, effective, and concise exchange of information internally and across our entire network of suppliers, customers, 3PL's, customs and hauliers Follow the flow of import / export goods from source to delivery point communicating as appropriate.

To be successful in this role you must have:

Financial Services Administrator Location: Rotherham
Providing administration support to the Financial Services team

Reporting to the Credit Control & Accounts Payable Manager provide administration support to the Financial Services team, ensuring that both AP & AR ledgers are accurately kept up to date and that there is good communication within the team and across the key stakeholders.

Key Areas of Responsibility and Standards of Performance

Accounts Receivable
  • Downloading & managing daily customer payments. Allocating the payments to the customer accounts
  • To liaise with the credit controllers to ensure the debit note process is being handled efficiently
  • Ensuring the EVCL debit note log is kept up to date & that all queries are responded to within 48 hours
  • To raise credit notes promptly and accurately based on the information provided from the credit controllers
  • To liaise with the Commercial team to ensure that new customer accounts or account amendments are carried out promptly & accurately as authorised
  • To keep the customer logs for account opening and amendments updated
Invoicing
  • Ensuring that all EDI invoices transmit daily & take proactive action if issues arise
  • Issue of invoices by email as appropriate
  • To manage customer pricing in line with business approvals

Accounts Payable
  • To liaise with business stakeholders to ensure that supplier new accounts and supplier account amendments are carried out efficiently and accurately

KPI's
  • To ensure that the company DSO is kept to a minimum and within any company targets set

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have some previous experience of working in administration, preferably in a finance function. International Sales Executive Location: Flexible
Providing sales support focused mainly on International Sales (target countries Germany, Netherlands, France and Scandinavia)
