  • 50g Tzatziki
  • ½ Cucumber
  • A Sprinkling of Finely Chopped Fresh Chives
BAGEL BUILD

Slice your bagel in two, ready for topping.

In a bowl combine the fresh chives with the tzatziki before schmearing onto your bagel halves.

Create cucumber ribbons using a vegetable peeler and lay them on top.
