HUEVOS RANCHEROS GOES BAGEL

Spain meets NYC. Pico de gallo and refried beans topped with a fried egg – it’s a winner.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 New York Bagel Co. Sesame Bagel
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 Tbsp Pico de Gallo
    (make your own by chopping tomatoes with onion, red peppers, salt, lime juice and coriander)
  • 2 Tbsp Refried Beans
BAGEL BUILD

This one calls for toasting! Start by slicing your bagel in half and popping it in the toaster. Coat with refried beans.

Sprinkle on your as much of your Pico de Gallo ‘til your heart’s content.

To finish, fry your egg and add it on top!
