INGREDIENTS
  • 2 New York Bakery Co. Wholemeal bagels, split
  • 1 medium avocado
  • Squeeze of lemon juice
  • Handful baby spinach leaves
  • 80g sliced roast turkey breast
  • 1 gherkin, sliced>
  • Cracked Black Pepper
BAGEL BUILD

Mash your avocado with lemon juice and spread over your toasted bagel bases.

Top each with some spinach, turkey and half a sliced gherkin.

Add the lid and eat.
