To create this NY classic, simply slice your bagel in half and pack it full with ham, lettuce and tomato.

Top with a slice of cheese, pop under the grill for about 4 mins (or until the cheese is just melting) and then squeeze over some mustard.

Pop on the bagel lid and enjoy!
