Mozzarella, pesto, and roasted red pepper encased in a Sourdough Deli Bagel. What’s not to love?

  • 1 New York Bakery Co. Sourdough Deli Bagels
  • 75g mozzarella, sliced
  • 2 tbsp of pesto
  • A handful of fresh spinach
  • 1 roasted red pepper (jarred)

Slice your bagel in two to make room for the filling. Stack the bottom half with your spinach and the roasted red pepper.

The trick to this one is to cover the sliced mozzarella in pesto as you add each slice to the bagel.

Top off your fillings with another layer of spinach if you fancy it, before adding the Sourdough Deli Bagel lid. It’s time to eat!
