AVOCADO FETA TOASTED BAGEL

Keep filled up all afternoon with our twist on avo toast – our hearty Wholemeal Bagel topped with creamy avocado, feta and a little chilli.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 New York Bakery Co. Wholemeal Bagel
  • Half an avocado, peeled & chopped
  • Squeeze of lime juice
  • 30g feta cheese
  • Half tsp red chilli, finely chopped
BAGEL BUILD

Mix the avocado & lime juice with a pinch of salt.

Toast your bagel & pile on the avocado.

Crumble over the feta and top with the chilli & the rest of the bagel.

Lunch made wholesome!
